Full land development packages include but are not limited to:
- House with sheetrock in living room, paneling in bedroom/bathroom for the entry models, we are able to offer all sheetrock for the higher end models!

- Slab to FHA requirements

- Tie downs
- Electrical hookups. *If the land needs poles added to reach the home, then that will be an added cost.*
- Water/Sewer hookups
- Pressure treated steps for the front and back entrances. We wanted to get away from those plastic ones that usually come with a mobile home!
- $30,000 land allowance. If the land needing to be purchased is more, then the difference needs to be added to the loan.
