NERTO is a licensed modular home manufacturer. Customers can choose from 1, 2 or 3 bedroom options, along with other features. Our home packages fall into three categories: just the home delivered to your land, a home and land package, and a commercial sales package. Like with any custom-built product, the base price includes a set of standard features. With add-ons and additional customization, the pricing will adjust accordingly. The modular homes do not qualify for our rent-to-own program; instead, customers will need to secure traditional financing – and we can help! This package is for a 1- or 2-bedroom modular home delivered anywhere within the state of Maine.

  • Turn Key Residential:


2 bedroom starting at: $279,000

3 bedroom starting at: $349,900

Includes the residential package listed above, along with land ownership, well drilling, utility hookup, earthwork, and a foundation.

  • Commercial Sales:



Cost range: Packages Priced Individually

Employee housing, investment rentals, camps, and lodging.
