    This package is for a 1- or 2-bedroom modular home delivered anywhere within the state of Maine to land that the customer already owns.
  • Turnkey Residential (Land & Home)

    3 bedrooms starting at: $349,900
    Includes the residential package listed above, along with land ownership, well drilling, utility hookup, earthwork, and foundation.
  • Commercial Sales:
    Cost range: Packages Priced Individually
    Commercial sales provide opportunities to purchase affordable accommodations such as rentals, camps, or staff housing.

While NERTO offers rent-to-own options on their sheds, camps, and mini barns, traditional financing for modular homes will be offered through a third party for qualified individuals.
